Dear Friend,
We hope you are doing well on this snowy and cold President's Day! Even with the chilly weather, the liturgical season of Lent will start unabated this week. No amount of Lake Effect snow can stop that from happening. Not even a pandemic!
However, our community's celebration of Ash Wednesday will look a little different.
Many of you received packets of blessed ashes at your home though the mail. It is appropriate while praying the at-home prayer service to mark yourself and members of your household with these ashes.
If you wish to be marked with blessed ashes by a church minister, we would still encourage you to use the
at-home prayer service and then come to the front doors of Saint Andrew during the following times when ashes will be distributed.
Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 6:30am to 8:30am or
Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 1:30pm to 3:00pm
No reservation is needed to come to church at the times listed above. There will also be an Ash Wednesday Mass at 6:30pm for congregants who make a reservation in advance by using the button below.
The Mass will also be live streamed and viewable by clicking on the image below.
Looking ahead to this weekend, you are invited to join us for Mass on Sunday morning at 9:00am. A reservation is required to attend which you can make by clicking on the button below.
Resources to pray at home with your household this weekend will be emailed to you on Saturday morning and the live stream of our Mass is always available at
