I hope you are having a good weekend! 

We are sending this note in anticipation of the possibility that we may be called upon to support Saint Benedict Parish. As you may know, this past week they lost their pastor Fr. Steve Kanonik who died in his sleep. 

His wake/visitation and his funeral are this Tuesday, January 14 and Wednesday, January 15. We have offered to the leadership of Saint Benedict Parish that parishioners from Saint Andrew would be willing to offer human resource for any logistics that come up during those days so that they would be free to mourn and grieve as a community. 

The response that came back was that there may be a need to help, but the request may come at the last minute as needs presented themselves. 

Below is a survey that asks if you might be available to help at various times. If you can mark whether you would be available to respond to a last-minute call for help from Saint Benedict, we will pass along to you any requests that come along. Please note that there may not be a request, but we are preparing ourselves just in case.
