Dear Parents/Guardians,

Hope everyone is doing well and having a blessed week. 

Our sixth (and final) Religious Education Parent Meeting will be this Sunday, March 02, 2025 at 10:05am. Please join me, in the auditorium, after dropping off your child(ren) for their in-person classes at 10:00am at St Andrew School.

During the meeting, I will ask the parents in attendance to pick up the at-home guide for chapter 20 (Unit 4) and chapter 25 (Unit 5). This packet will help facilitate any assistance the parent or guardian will need to help their child with the at-home sessions/chapters during the month of March in preparation for the Lenten season and Easter Sunday in April.

If you cannot join us in person, a webinar experience will be offered next week that will serve as a make-up and a means for delivering to you a link for the at-home guide packets.  

Kindergarten-6th grade will have their in-person class this Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 10:00am-10:50am at Saint Andrew School.

7th grade program will meet on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 3:30pm -4:45pm as part of their scheduled Confirmation preparation class. They will meet in the auditorium.

As we get closer to the start of Lent (Ash Wednesday is March 5, 2025), be sure to save the date in your calendar for Saint Andrew Parish's annual Fish Fry! This year, we'll be holding a fish fry on both Friday, March 7 and Friday, April 11, 2025. To pre-order your fish or mac and cheese dinners, click HERE.  Doors open for both at 5pm and remain open until 8pm.  All orders are served with fries and coleslaw.  Soda and cake are available for purchase.  Payment can be made on line or at the door.  

Make plans to bring your friends and family to this wonderful parish tradition.  Live music, our very own Foy Irish dancers and a balloon artist will keep you thoroughly entertained!

The links below are provided for the students who are not able to attend RE class this Sunday for whatever reason. If a parent cannot attend the meeting in person, parent(s) should complete the webinar that will be distributed by email next week. They should then download the at-home guide for Chapter 20 (Unit 4) and Chapter 25 (Unit 5).
To receive credit for completing the chapter, please click on the corresponding grade level and complete the chapter review found below:

When your child finishes the online review, the ultimate goal is to send the results of the review to re@standrew.org. I find it best if you put your own email into the online form first and then forward the email that you will receive from Loyola Press to us at re@standrew.org. That way, you will know that the results was sent to us.
(Please be advised that emails from Loyola Press may go straight to your “junk” or “spam” folder.  So don’t forget to check them too.)

Mark your calendars, the following dates are for kindergarten through 6 grade. The students (and students only…there are no more additional parent meetings) will have In-Person classes at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Andrew School on: April 6, April 13, and April 27. 

7th grade program will have an in-person class on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at 3:30pm -4:45pm as part of their scheduled Religious Ed class. They will meet in the auditorium.
