E-Bulletin - February 4, 2019
We hope you have made it through the frigid cold and are enjoying what now seems like a heat wave! Thank you for understanding when the parish school and offices needed to close this past week. We wanted everyone to be safe and not to worry about traveling. Hopefully all your other scheduled activities were able to be put on hold as well. Sometimes God gets in the middle of our lives and tells us to slow down. That's not a bad thing. Also God sometimes reminds us that we need to stop, look around, and take care of one another. The cold weather made us do that and perhaps it is something we should always keep in the front of throughts, even when it isn't cold!
Here are a few important notices from the parish for the week ahead.

Also at Mass this past weekend, we heard from Archbishop Cardinal Cupich who is headed to Rome for a meeting with the Pope on the global crisis of child sexual abuse by clergy and the scandal of cover-ups by bishops. He asked that we share the most recent online resource provided by the Archdiocese of Chicago to support the healing of victims, measures for accountability, and steps for prevention of criminal sexual abuse by clergy. for more information.
For your convenience, we've included a copy of yesterday's bulletin. Have a great week!
