A reminder that tomorrow is election day here in Chicago for municipal offices.
Greater attention is often paid to national elections but the local elections are equally important! In many ways the local elections will impact Saint Andrew more directly than any other election held in Chicago. As Catholics, we consider it a moral obligation to vote our consciences so if you haven't already done so, do a bit of research and go vote!
Here are a few important notices from the parish for the week ahead.
Wearin' the Green - This Saturday!
We're all set for the biggest party on the Saint Andrew calendar. The Wearin' the Green is our annual fundraiser and you should be there! Tickets are still available and your contribution could help us get up to $25,000 in matching funds from Cubs Charities for our gymnasium! So don't be a spectator, come and raise your paddle! Support the Annual Appeal
Yesterday during all the Masses, we heard about the Annual Catholic Appeal of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Fr. Sergio addressed the importance of the appeal and why we ask for its continued support.
