Dear Friend,
An ordinary walk through the neighborhood this week will reveal two things... its getting colder outside and Halloween is coming!
We're having our own Halloween celebration tonight, Saturday, October 25 after the 4:00pm Vigil Mass with our annual Trunk or Treat in our parking lot on Addison Ave. Families are encouraged to come after Mass and donning their seasonal costumes, get some spooky treats from all the sponsors opening up their trunks.
And as always, we make note that the origin of Halloween is "All Hallow's Eve" or more plainly spoken, the night before All Saints Day. We look with even greater expectation to celebrating the "reason for the season" as we beseech all the saints for their intercession as we continue the journey of discipleship in Jesus with one another.
