Volunteers Needed - Spring 2018 (March, April, May)
We're in need of some help!
Put your talents to use with one or more of the following volunteer opportunities.
Do you have a voice for radio? We could use your help on the Parish Podcast of our One Book, One Parish project:
Mercy in the City
. For the last twelve weeks we have had a new parishioner read a chapter, and we'd like to keep it going!
experience and comfort with public speaking or reading, a sense of humor. Preference for female readers, men also welcome to apply. Ages 14 and up.
Volunteer at our second and final Parish Fish Fry! The following positions need help. (Please take note of the recommended ages for volunteers)
Fryers - middle school and older
Set up tables and chairs 3pm - any age
Clean up 8pm - any age
Admission 5pm - adult (handling money)

Spring Clean-Up Crew
Serve our parish, neighbors, and community by lending a hand on our Spring Clean-Up Crew. We will pick up trash, weed, rake, and generally help clean up wherever we're needed. Put your gardening tools to good use!
Send your availability for the dates below. We will choose a two hour slot between 9am-3pm.
physically active, able to walk, bend, and lift bags to trash receptacles. Appropriate attire encouraged (outdoor clothes and gloves). Adults and families welcome.

Children's Garage Sale
Volunteer with this great annual fundraiser in Saint Andrew's Gym. We need help on the following days, thought more volunteers will be requested for help with drop-offs.
Friday, May 17th
12:00pm - Setting up tables and put out clothes
Saturday, May 18th
8:00am-12:00pm - Help during sale
12:00-2:00pm - Clean up
organization, money counting and change making, friendly disposition with adults and children. Adult volunteers requested.
