Dear Friend,
We hope that you are finding some time for quiet this summer. More than just being a "trip away" or "reading a good book," quiet is a state of being that can be found in the city just as it can be on a distant vacation.
We hear about its importance this Sunday in the First Reading at Mass where Elijah is told that "the LORD will be passing by." And when the great things come, the wind, the crushing rocks, earthquakes and more, they do not reveal God as much as the quiet Elijah found where God resided.
With a few weeks left before school kicks off, may you find some quiet and there, dwell with the presence of God.

Assumption of Mary...
Saturday, August 15, 2026 is the Solemnity of the Assumption of Blessed Virgin Mary. We will celebrate the feast with Mass at 8:30am in the main Church. Mary is the most important intercessor for us before God and this solemnity recalls that her witness of holiness was so absolute that when she reached the end of her life, her whole self, body and soul, was brought into the heavenly abode. Mary our Mother, pray for us and show us the way to be with God and you forever!
Announcing the Oktoberfest & Fall Market!!
Save the Date for a New Tradition at Saint Andrew Parish! We will be hosting our first annual Oktoberfest & Fall Market on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 11am - 8pm! This event is a family-friendly, community celebration that will offer food tables, refreshments, live entertainment, kids games and a fall market full of mums, pumpkins and other fall favorites.We'll be looking for lots of volunteers to help with this event. Religious Education Registration is Now Open!
For students who do not attend Saint Andrew School, we offer Religious Education for grades K-8 and preparation for the Sacrament of First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, and Confirmation.
