Hi Father,

I've been meaning to ask for your help to spread the word to your Young Adult group for the Oktoberfest event we're hosting on Saturday, September 19th from 11am-8pm.  We are looking for many volunteers as well as leadership to help in certain areas of the event on campus.  

We have a Kick Off Meeting next week Thursday, Aug 13th at Commonwealth Tavern, 2000 West Roscoe from 5pm -7pm.  We would love to invite your group of Young Adults to participate in this event and also to this meeting.  How best can we get the word out to them?
